Now that the weight of the Moon in Cancer and yesterday’s eclipse has passed, some of that intense energy still lingers today and we can be a little testy. Senses are heightened but is suspicion and paranoia. Now I know how much of a call-out culture we’re in today, but if you can just hold on a little longer to air someone out and tell them about their self, it’s highly recommended that you get the facts and sort them out first. Simply put, don’t show your hand until you’re sure you will win. Venus will enter Cancer this morning at 11:18 AM EDT. Venus in Cancer raises our emotional awareness and sensitivity. We become affectionate and very tender with the ones we care for and somewhat passive with the ones we don’t. We’re more likely to stick with what and who we know right now, to feel a sense of security and protect ourselves with familiarity. We’re more attached to our close friends and partners under this transit and even become domesticated in some ways – don’t be surprised if you suddenly want to do a home renovation or cook a big Sunday dinner and have family over. During this transit, be sure to bond and enjoy life with your children if you have any, OR call your mom and see how she is doing, how things are going for her. Ask her questions about her life – show her that you care for her.

What a great day for a Leo Moon! The Moon in Leo loves a celebration and a chance to enjoy itself. With its contact to Uranus in the morning, we start the day with rebellious energy. Routines and obligations take the back seat as we aren’t here for concentrating so heavily today. Moods are testy, the energy is nervous. How better to alleviate that moody tension than with some hang time with some friends? If you’re having trouble pinning down what your mood is in need for – stimulation is the right answer. Uranus needs the unusual and you’re in need of something different today. Things at home will demand our attention this evening. Stay alert.

Happy Friday, the Moon is still in the sign of Leo all day. Leo Moons wants us to shine and encourage others to do the same. Our emotions are ruled by a sense of security and stability and seek a creative way to express itself. There’s a spark of romance in the air, and we might be in the mood to socialize today. Get to know anyone a little more before making a commitment in anything. Remember a retrograde approaches us, and things started have a slim rate of success to last. Plus it’s a void of course day; which means anything began will not have much of an effect. It’s a still and calming day for most of us. Today we want to give love and get love. It’s a good day to put yourself out there. Go ahead and self-promote or start that new creative project you’ve been flipping over in your mind. Don’t get wrapped in the opinions of others today and don’t hesitate to go for what you want – AFTER you’ve given it thought. Just please don’t take forever to think about it!

Uranus first began its transit of Taurus on May 15 2018 to November 6, 2018 when it then went retrograde. Uranus returned to the sign of Taurus on March 6 2019 and continues this transit until 2025.

What I work with: In creating these forecasts, I integrate major aspects formed between the moon and the other planets, aspects made to transiting Chiron, and pattern aspects. Throughout the day the Moon can make so many different aspects due to how fast it moves. Moon transits affect our emotions on a global scale and will normally last for up to four hours, with the exception of a major lunar event such as an eclipse, new moon or a full moon. Therefore, I generally focus on the aspects being made to the Moon over all. An emphasis is made when another planet aspects another besides the Moon. Planets used are: Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, and Chiron.
